Depending on the services chosen, appointments with experts will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Services will be carried out promptly as per our agreement until completion.

As a digital-only company, Lurnable uses various online communication tools including email, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype. We also utilise our in-house Students Education Management system to interact with clients and manage all communications efficiently.

Clients are required to Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the advisory process, Attend scheduled appointments punctually, Communicate promptly with our team, Review and act upon advice and feedback provided by our advisors, Take responsibility for writing and creating their own documents (we provide guidance only), Honour appointments once booked (no-shows are not acceptable).
