Learning NetSuite accounting system, for purchase ledger and sales ledger Bookkeeping including bank reconciliation and matching invoices Ensure all aspects of purchase ledger are completed - to include the processing of all invoices received, ensuring they are appropriately approved, and paid in a timely manner Managing accounts payable inbox on a daily basis Enter all company credit card expenses, ensuring the cost is posted to an appropriate expense code Assisting with VAT returns for submission to HMRC and for review of senior accountant Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts Filing of documentation in manual and paperless filing systems Other ad-hoc tasks and projects
