Receive, document and answer emails including general enquiries and quotations Enter details onto custom database software Assist administrative staff analysts with tasks including booking appointments and phoning clients Answer the telephone and respond to incoming emails Prepare and send documentation to clients The training you will be getting Business Administration Level 3 Additional in-house training relevant to the role What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship We would hope the right candidate would progress to a full-time Contracts Administrator role within the company following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
