Job Description

Assisting our in-house butchery team which is set within the family run renowned St Peters Garden Centre in Worcestershire. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a local business and start in a skilled career of butchery. As we have our own restaurant this role also offers regular time working alongside our chefs.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Butcher Standards Level 2 Qualification FDQ Level 2 Award in Food Safety FDQ Level 2 Award in Health and Safety FDQ Level 2 Award in Knife Skills Level 1/2 Functional skills in English and maths if required Training schedule has yet to be agreed.
