Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career working for the NHS, you will be employed as an Apprentice Care Navigator and will assist with directing patients to the correct healthcare professionals. You will undertake a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Customer Service Practitioner Standard. Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level. On successful completion of Level 2, you can move on to study Level 3 apprenticeships, such as Customer Service Specialist and Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Functional Skills English and Maths if required. Training will take place at National Business College, based in the centre of Huddersfield.
