Preparing and serving hot and cold food for host cafe Devise new menus for Friday night events and prepare food items Cleaning and sanitising work areas Ordering, receiving of stock and rotating stock items The training you will be getting Level 2 Commis Chef, weekly day release. What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship There will be a full-time position available once the apprenticeship has been completed, during the apprenticeship the apprentice will also have on the job training with the team.
