As a Client Support Specialist, you™ll be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your role will include: First Responder: Manage incoming queries via phone, email, and support tickets. Problem Solver: Handle and resolve support tickets daily, ensuring timely solutions. Client Champion: Assist the Client Services team with content creation, training, and support. Relationship Builder: Conduct client outreach to maintain and enhance relationships. Trainer: Become an IXO Commerce expert, providing training and support. Communicator: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. The training you will be getting The apprenticeship training is delivered through a combination of workplace learning and regular college attendance. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Information communications technician / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. On completion the apprentice will receive an Information Communication Technician Level 3 qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English may also be required depending on current level. What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship The role could evolve in several ways dependent on the candidate. We could have Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Project Managers, Training and Implementation Specialists or Senior Support staff.
