Job Description

BPHA are looking for the next Apprentice Customer Communication Centre Advisor to respond to and manage all customer communications in the Customer Communications Centre. Your role will include telephone calls, emails, web chat, social media and other requests for information and assistance from BPHA's customers and stakeholders in order to provide a great customer experience.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Training with Milton Keynes College Ongoing training, support and development with the employer Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, details will be made available at a later date Where you'll work Bpha Ltd, Bedford Heights, Manton Lane Bedford MK41 7BJ

Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: 5 including English, Science and Maths (grade 4-9) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
