Key Accountabilities: Customer Service: Answer phones and direct calls professionally and efficiently Be polite and methodical in how you handle client enquiries, efficiently gathering the information required at the first opportunity Be proficient in all internal systems, storing and retrieving information with ease and in a way that makes it easy for colleagues and customers Order Handling: Process client orders, identifying the correct price list items and promptly raising quotes. See these jobs through to completion and invoicing Administer client price lists as directed by the Project or Account Manager, making sure they are comprehensive and current Project Support Assist Project Managers in the efficient delivery of projects, liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure schedules and budgets are met Analyse and understand technical documents, extracting information for dissemination into the project structure Liaise with procurement, and suppliers when needed, to ensure on-time delivery and no project disruption The training you will be getting Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Standard, plus any relevant maths and English Functional Skills (if needed) Throughout your time as an apprentice, you will be supported by both Stewart Signs and the BPIF. You will be assigned a dedicated BPIF training coordinator throughout your programme to ensure you receive high-quality training. Training requirements will be discussed at the point of employment to suit both your own and business needs. Most training and studying will take place online You should be comfortable with planning your workload as you progress through the apprenticeship What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship a full-time, permanent position may be available, subject to business needs.
