Job Description

You will join a small department where you will be involved in: Sales/purchase invoice processing Credit control Incoming/outgoing payments processing Using Sage and spreadsheets Administrative tasks, filing, answering the phone and directing calls Operational tasks - using dedicated software for company jobs. Opportunity to get involved in vehicle fleet management and Health & Safety accreditation The training you will be getting Duration: 13 months practical training period, plus 3 months for End Point Assessment Delivery model: Work-based training with your employer Day release during term time (approximately 1 day a week or 2 evenings for a year) Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (7 days at college for each, if required) Off the job training will count for at least 6 hours a week of an apprentice™s time at work Qualifications included: Level 1 Functional Skills in English and maths AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting Level 2 Accountants or Finance Assistant Apprenticeship End Point Assessment: In-tray test Portfolio Structured Interview What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Joining the busy team with potential to follow on with level 3 if appropriate
