Job Description

To work with the Estates manager to take care of all aspects of the estate (which is rented out from time to time to HNW individuals) Including Mowing, Kitchen Garden, Forestry, and planting. As a Ground Team Apprentice, you will be working to help ensure customers have an unforgettable experience at Langley Park.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Level 2 Horticulture and Landscape Operative Apprenticeship Standard. Training will be conducted through workplace learning and then 1 day a week release to Lackham College. Functional Skills Level 1 in maths and English (if required). Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, details will be made available at a later date. Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade Grade 3 or above) maths (grade Grade 3 or above) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
