Job Description

The Rifleman Inn, a traditional British pub that has everything you would expect from a public house of its kind, with cheerful staff and pleasant clientele have an exciting opportunity to join our well established kitchen where you will enrol on your Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship Standard. Functional Skills (if required). You will attend Stoke on Trent College once a week (day to be confirmed). Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade 3) Maths (grade 3) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. Skills Attention to detail Organisation skills Presentation skills Team working Other There is no public transport (bus route) direct to the Rifleman Inn - please consider how you would plan on travelling to work every day. You will be required to work some unsociable hours due to the nature of the job, during our busy periods, which may include special occasions such as Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day etc...
