The successful candidate will learn to work within, and on, various types of vehicles and the different styles of installation work carried out €“ from mobile service units to motorhome conversions.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work The qualification the apprentice will achieve in this apprenticeship is the Level 2 Engineering Operative apprenticeship standard.Day release will involve attending SBC Training in Shrewsbury one day a week. Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours €“ Learners and employers will have a range of options to select from that cover each knowledge module of the apprenticeship standard. Functional Skills - These provide practical skills to help gain the most out of work, education and everyday life. Learners will complete written and online tests. End point assessment - The End Point Assessment is the final stage of the apprenticeship.
