Throughout the month, you will complete self-led study which will include assignments, worksheets, projects, etc. and blended learning and development activities/training with your manager and shadowing team members. All learning will be completed in your workplace and during your working hours. Units that you will be studying include personal development, the organisation & policies, legislation & regulation, role fundamentals, stakeholders, and business fundamentals & processes.
