Support the Commercial and Funding Coordinator in their wide-reaching day to day role completing the sale of Crown™s assets to third party funding partners, developing an understanding of office procedures through on the job training. Use of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Learn Crown administrative procedures, and how to use in house and partner software. Part of what we do is to arrange sales of Crown Equipment to Customers who opt to use third party leasing companies. This role will: Collate data and documents to ensure a smooth sales process, working with the Sales team, Sales Admin team and other departments. Assist with queries from the business about any live agreements. Crown also will purchase back trucks that have ended their leases. This role will develop to: Support relationships with the Sales Teams to ensure that assets are brought back into Crown ownership on a timely basis. Ensure that assets now owned by Crown are recorded correctly. Ensure traceability of documents through review and support the management of filing of documents correctly and on a timely basis. Assist in raising manual invoicing to business partners relating to maintenance contracts, supporting the finance team in ensuring that accounts are kept in order. Build relationships and maintain regular contact with stakeholders, keeping them fully updated in relation to any changes that will affect the sale process. This role is expected to evolve over time, taking on more responsibilities as skills are developed. The training you will be getting Undertake a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary. Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
