Welcoming garage guests and visitors Answering and making calls on behalf of the garage Handling office correspondence (digitally and paper) Maintain the reception area Acting as liaison between customers and mechanics Ensuring tasks to maintain the workshop are undertaken Observe GDPR, retention policies and health & safety work standards Produce invoices and accept payments for customers Maintain and update customer databases; ensuring all records are up to date. Support marketing and advertising opportunities such as social media marketing, creating adverts and posts to build customer base Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills The training you will be getting The apprentice will be working towards attaining the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Expectation is that the apprentice continues their employment with the company.
