Filing, scanning, typing and emailing Use a variety of Microsoft Packages (inc Word, Excel & PowerPoint) to compose and update documents Deal with communications, over the telephone, written and face to face from other stakeholders Organise and service meetings by taking and preparing minutesand undertaking follow up actions Work with clients to understand their unique reporting requirements Assist in the creation and distribution of management information reports General Administration support to line manager and wider team
