Filing paperwork (alphabetically and numerically) Answering incoming calls Using the in-house computer system Booking in stock and allocation of stock Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes Create delivery notes and despatch labels Produce shipping documentation Meeting and greeting customers / offering refreshments

Training and Qualification

You will gain a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard As part of this apprentice training you will be required to attend college, In-Comm Training Services Ltd, Aldridge, WS9 8UG, for induction and block training (2 weeks) and an assessor will visit you in the company one day a month
