Job Description

All placements will gain an in-depth knowledge of an entry level administrative role within private client stockbroking. They will gain the skills and insight to perform the support role as well as the understanding of the path and appropriate qualifications that are needed to become a qualified stockbroker.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work You will achieve your Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date. A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (18-months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include: The Organisation Value of their skills Stakeholders Relevant regulation Policies Business Fundamentals Processes External environmental factors IT Record and document production Decision making Interpersonal skills Communications Quality Planning and organisation Project management You may need to complete level 2 maths and English Functional skills (if you cannot evidence prior grades). Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths and English (grade 4/C or above) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
