Duties to include but not limited to: Collating correspondence to send to finance Scanning of expenses and receipts and emailing to finance Printing logbooks Laminating MSDS Update CRM with visit paperwork, save on server and file Arranging access and booking engineer appointments by email Producing simple Excel reports for school visits Completing shower descale certificates Producing completion certificates for engineer visits Ordering office supplies Ordering engineer uniform General email queries and routine telephone enquiries Ad hoc duties as required The training you will be getting Business administrator level 3 apprenticeship standard Weekly off the job training Bi-weekly half day remote / blended learning Functional skills if required What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship The opportunity to progress within the company.
