Job Description

You will work at our business as an administration assistant, gaining your practical experience. You will then attend college once a week to gain your apprenticeship qualification. Tasks involved may include: Answering the phone Dealing with customer queries/orders Filing Arranging meetings Manning reception Invigilating tests Helping admissions with paperwork Adding candidates to CRM The training you will be getting Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship You can progress onto the higher level apprenticeships and work your way up to office manager level which would be a management role often with team leader status. This qualification should give you transferable skills that will not limit you to one sector.
