Serve as the main point of contact for patients, providing a warm welcome and appropriate direction Distribute information, messages, and inquiries to the clinical team Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies, including secondary care and community service providers Support the Reception, Administration, and Dispensary teams to comprehensively understand and assist in the patient's journey. Project a positive and welcoming image to patients, carers, and visitors, handling queries in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times The training you will be getting Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard: Customer Service Practioner Level 2 Standard - Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours The successful candidate will also need to complete a diagnostic assessment, which will help us plan the appropriate support required to meet your individual needs Training will take place at our Taunton/Bridgwater campus initially on a face to face basis What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Based on individual outcomes, skills, and interests, there will be a full-time role available, along with support for progression opportunities in both non-clinical and clinical areas
