Training and Qualification

Assist in the preparation of construction programmes and reviewing progress. Walking the project every day to check the progress of works from our supply chain is aligned with our programme. Assisting with delivering health & safety inductions on site, ensuring that anyone working has the required permits and understands the site rules and Personal Protective Equipment requirements. Assisting with ensuring that all materials are stored in allocated areas to ensure that they are distributed efficiently around the site. Helping to ensure that the site remains tidy at all times and maintains the company brand and image. Helping to focus on the elimination of waste within all areas on site. You may also support another discipline on site or in the office to learn how a site management team also works closely with colleagues from the commercial, planning and other relevant disciplines.
