Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Our apprentices complete a Level 2 Bricklayer Apprenticeship qualification As a Trust apprentice, you will complete your apprenticeship training both on and off-the-job, through virtual webinars and block week attendance at our chosen training provider based in Birmingham Functional Skills Training in maths and English, if required All college related travel costs are paid for by the Trust Where you'll work Ellesmere Yard Birch Road Ellesmere SY12 9AA

Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English Language (grade A*-C or 9-4) Maths (grade A*-C or 9-4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. Skills Communication skills Customer care skills Team working Non judgemental Physical fitness Other You should have an interest in the waterways network or heritage assets Any general construction experience, potentially through hobbies, work experience or volunteering.
