Platform Housing owns & manages 47,000 homes across the Midlands, with a portfolio that includes social & affordable rent and shared ownership houses. Platform Housing is the 7th largest housing association builder completing 1,448 new homes in 2019/20 at an investment of £258m.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Working within the Customer Experience Team you will have the opportunity to study a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association or similar, by attending 1 day a week alongside learning and working with experienced colleagues in the Customer Experience Team during the remainder of the week.
