Job Description

To deliver world class levels of customer service to both UK & export markets at all times, ensuring compliance with the required legislative framework and Group / Site policy (including import and export documentation and procedures) contributing to the delivery of the overall site business objectives.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work You will complete the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification. Functional Skills in English and Math at level 2 unless you have exemptions.
