PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Elliotts, a leading builders™ merchant to recruit a new Customer Service Administrator (Apprentice). The Customer Service Administrator (Apprentice) will be at the heart of the business, learning everything there is to know about how a successful merchant branch is run. The Customer Service Administrator (Apprentice) will be responsible for the following duties: Learning about the products and services that we offer to our customers Communicating with customers both face to face, via the phone and by email Assisting with invoicing, data inputting and other administrative tasks Accurately taking messages and responding to customers Supporting accurate stock control Working closely with various departments and offering support to other branches Increasing the growth of sales within your respective category Using various IT platforms, including internal systems The training you will be getting Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach. What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Elliotts love to invest in their staff; if the Customer Service Administrator (Apprentice) does well in branch, then there will be the chance to gain a permanent contract and career progression.
