Job Description

While working as a customer service apprentice, your day-to-day role will involve the following tasks: Answering customer phone calls with a polite and professional demeanour Raising support tickets and accurately assigning them to the appropriate tier for resolution Serving customers in our shop, which includes: Understanding customer inquiries and providing accurate answers Recommending the right products based on customer needs Processing customer transactions efficiently Any other task or responsibility in line with the role The training you will be getting Customer Service Level 2 Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard Weekly off-the-job training Blended learning sessions either virtual or within the workplace Functional Skills in maths & English (if required) Level 2 Customer Service qualification upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship There will be the opportunity to gain full-time, permanent employment after successful completion of the Apprenticeship
