Job Description

We are looking for a dog loving customer service apprentice. To be at the forefront of our business offering first class service and help grow the repeat bsuiness. You will be trained in every aspect of customer service from dealing with customers face to face, to knowing the products we offer.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Hull College will deliver the Apprenticeship Standard Customer Service Practitioner Level 2. Plus functional skills in Maths and English if required. Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade A* - D or 3 - 9) Maths (grade A* - D or 3 - 9) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. Skills Good Communication out going Punctual Team Player Well mannered
