Job Description

A Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprentice is required. Our vision is to €˜provide excellence in customer service to the residents and visitors in Oxfordshire' whilst also supporting the empowerment, independence and self-serving ability of our customers. Join us in making a positive impact on individuals and community whilst elevating the overall standard of our council services. Duties include: answering customers enquiries by phone, using a headset and laptop, email, and social media.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work 15 months practical training period, plus 3 months for End Point Assessment Delivery model: €¢ Work-based training with your employer €¢ 10 days college attendance to complete the Business Professionals course €¢ Approximately 12 on-site assessment visits per year €¢ Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths and English (7 days at college for each, if required) €¢ Off the job training will count for at least 6 hours a week of an apprentice's time at work Qualifications included: Level 1 Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard End Point Assessment: Practical observation Apprentice showcase Professional discussion. Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: 5 GCSEs of any subject, including Maths and Englis (grade A-C/ Grade 4-9) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
