The purpose of the Process Automation Analyst role is to collaborate with clients and internal production teams to ensure efficient and effective discovery and definition of business processes suitable for automation. Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of: Ensure client processes are properly discussed, identified, discovered, researched, mapped, documented, and analysed, including key outcomes, variables, and exceptions Work with clients and Client Success team to create and maintain adequate process automation pipelines for our bespoke bots, with a robust business case to calculate the ROI Help client resources to capture and document existing (as-is) and future (to-be) processes Work with solution design and development teams to ensure client processes are correctly designed and fit for purpose Ensure testing scenarios and schedules are documented and that adequate, appropriate test data gathered Contribute to the development of the companies best practice playbooks and governance frameworks The training you will be getting Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team.
