At The Plough, you will be working towards a Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Qualification over the course of 15 months. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels Produce and deliver engaging content for all our services Email Marketing: Utilise Mailchimp to create and drive sales-focused email campaigns Organise and execute mailshots to highlight our products, services, and events Content Creation: Launch and manage media campaigns, producing creative content like photos, videos, blog posts, and newsletters Update, maintain, and improve our company website Enhance SEO with effective use of meta tags, metadata, and keywords PPC Campaigns: Develop and manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns to boost our digital reach Reporting and Analysis: Create and share detailed reports on the performance of email and social media campaigns Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities CRM Management: Organise and update contact lists in our Maximiser CRM system.
