Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Early Years Educator Level 3 This Level 3 course is for anyone interested in building a career in the children and young people's workforce. This includes learning the following: EYFS SafeguardingEquality and diversityYoung children's developmentImportance of playCommunicating with babies and young childrenSupporting the health and wellbeing of childrenSupporting children with special educational needs (SEND)Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)Paediatric First Aid. Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths and English (grade C/4 or FS Level 2) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
