Job Description

We are offering you an opportunity to apply for an early year's childcare apprenticeship, to start a career in childcare with a wide variety of support throughout and career progression upon completion. As part of your position you will be planning stimulating activities for the children in your care in line with the EYFS.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard This Level 3 course is for anyone interested in building a career in the children and young people's workforce This includes learning the following: EYFS Safeguarding Equality and diversity Young children's development Importance of play Communicating with babies and young children Supporting the health and wellbeing of children Supporting children with special educational needs (SEND) Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) Paediatric First Aid Where you'll work 70 Cornwall Road Harrogate HG1 2NE

Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths and English (grade C/4 or FS Level 2) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
