Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Early Years Practitioner level 2. This level 2 course is for anyone interested in building a career in the children and young people's workforce. Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths and English (grade 2) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
