Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid OR Level 3 Award Emergency Paediatric First Aid Apprentices will achieve a qualification which has been approved to count towards the EYFS Level 3 child to staff ratios.
