The company is looking for an Apprentice Welder to carry out MIG welding, record and monitor non-conforming material and much more.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work This is a level 2 Welding apprenticeship. The apprentice will be required to attend the training centre, In-Comm Training Services, in Aldridge, WS9 8UG, 1 day per week for 2 years.Level 2 Welding qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English & Maths (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. Skills Communication skills Attention to detail Organisation skills Customer care skills Problem solving skills Number skills Analytical skills Logical Team working Creative Initiative Non judgemental Patience Physical fitness attention to quality is vital Other You will not be able to use your phone within the manufacturing environment. You will be required to lift boxes of components. Some of the work may be repetitive.
