Develop a career in the electronics industry through hands-on training & mentoring support to experience and understand all engineering areas within the business including Design, Process, Test and Production Engineering as well as appreciation of operational process.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work You will be expected to attend college on day release, one day per week. The apprenticeship will be delivered by CEMAST Fareham College Campus at 1 Meteor Way, Broom Way, Lee on Solent PO13 9FU. Qualification - Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship; One of the following qualifications: 1) Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge) €“ Awarding organisation EAL; GLH 750, or 2) Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Technical Knowledge) €“ Awarding organisation Pearson; GLH 720 or 3) Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge) Awarding organisation City & Guilds; GLH 720. Where you'll work Unit A1-A4 Railway Triangle, Walton Road, Drayton Portsmouth PO6 1TN

Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade Grade 4 and above) Maths (grade Grade 4 and above) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
