Aston Mullins Stud are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who will give the successful candidate the support and platform to develop their skills and launch a career in the equine sector.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Senior Equine Groom Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard All trianing will take place at the employer's premises, with the support of the employer, and will be carried out by Haddon Training Where you'll work ASTON MULLINS FARM FORD BUCKS HP17 8XG

Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade 4) Maths (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. Skills Communication skills Attention to detail Organisation skills Customer care skills Problem solving skills Analytical skills Logical Team working Initiative Non judgemental Patience Physical fitness Other Previous experience working with horses is essential. A reference will be required. Candidates must be hard working and keen to succeed in the equine industry. A good sense of humour is a must! Accommodation is available if required.
