Training and Qualification

To support onsite maintenance team with PPM tasks including building compliance checks and inspections. To support maintenance team with reactive repairs To support maintenance team with ongoing redecoration around the hospice estate. To support maintenance team with visits across retail estate and unplanned reactive works. Supporting the grounds teams with upkeep of estate. Completing vehicle checks on suite of company cars/vans. To raise purchase orders and contractor call outs. To support fundraising events. To support the maintenance team with project works.
