Process Invoice/Credit Notes Complete & process all documents ensuring compliance with current legislation Pay and record transactions relating to fines and licences Ensure all vehicle V5 documents are recorded, scanned, tagged and filed Carry out a 6 monthly V5 audit record and report the findings Ensure all vehicles are taxed prior to their current tax expiring, maintaining all records on the CVS fleet database Liaise with the Billing Team for recharging process Daily bank reconciliations

Training and Qualification

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications
