Job Description

Responsible for key reconciliations. Review and action outstanding items on our Procure Wizard system. Ensuring open items that relate transactional data are allocated/actioned. Assist in weekly uploads from Procure Wizard to our in-house system Whisk or Financial system. Keeping transactional accounts up to date and accurate. Chasing and actioning any missing transactional items. Maintaining clear and timely communication to our internal and external customers/suppliers. Understanding and impact of decision making with regards to cash flow. Dealing with phone calls and email queries in a timely manner.

Training and Qualification

AAT Level 2. Training will take place at Worcester and Bromsgrove campuses. Day release programme, day to be confirmed nearer the time.
