As part of this role, you will complete the following duties: Greet visitors to the site in a professional and courteous manner. Issue temporary access passes where appropriate and draw visitors™ attention to site-specific H&S information. Receive incoming calls where necessary, managing queries in a swift, professional manner. Sort incoming mail received by the business into departmental / functional areas and to oversee the arrangements for outgoing post, ready for collections at agreed intervals. Maintain records of postage as required. Manage the use and maintenance of the on-site franking machines. Receiving helpdesk calls for the Facilities Team and resolving issues where possible and escalating complex queries. Oversee the booking of visitor™s car-parking spaces. Oversee and manage an appropriate booking system for meeting rooms. Ensure visitors area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy. Carry out ad-hoc mailings where required. To undertake projects as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business The training you will be getting As part of this role, apprentices will achieve the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. The apprenticeship provides an insight into the business environment and influences, it will lay the foundation knowledge for success.
