Job Description

Excellent opportunity to assist hairdressers and carry out household duties in the salon whilst being given full commitment and training to achieve the Level 2 Hairdressing Professional qualification with an option to work within a busy salon once qualified and progress to the next level.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work The successful candidate will work towards the Level 2 Hairdressing Professional qualification. Workplace observations will take place by your assessor and day release to E.Quality Training Limited centre may also be required. The apprentice will also have 6 hours off-the-job training each week which must be detailed in the logs provided. Where a candidate does not have the relevant GCSE grade or equivalence, support and arrangements will be made to assist in progressing with these. Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade 4 grade or above) Maths (grade 4 grade or above) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
