Job Description

Restaurant preparation duties (mis en place) Bread and butter Members’ buffet Polishing plates and cutlery Preparing condiments Restaurant service Serving food to members Silver service of some items (with a spoon and fork) Taking pudding orders General cleaning duties Clearing down station Hoovering restaurant Food service at Events Waiting on at private parties and events Assisting other departments as necessary

Required Skills & Qualification

Excellent personal presentation Reliable (attendance and timekeeping) Positive attitude (to colleagues and Members) Ability to work under pressure Flexible to the needs of the job/industry Willing to learn

GCSE English and maths grades A-D / 3-9 (or equivalent) GCSE Cookery/Food Tech desirable
