Job Role: We are looking to recruit an IT Software Support Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn As an apprentice, your main roles and responsibilities will include: Providing software support for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Providing support with software installations Troubleshoot issues The training you will be getting Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team.
