· Responsible for supporting delivery of the service desk SLAs. · Working closely with the Engineering Manager and project coordinator ensuring the smooth running of the Service Desk and Project Coordination. · Creation, management, and development of monthly client reports. · Identification of trends and reporting any problems to management. · Ensure you and the team follow incident management, problem management and change management processes. · Responsible for software & hardware asset management. · Dealing with customer feedback, tracking responses. · Ability to build key relationships internal and external customer. · From time to time you may be required to support the sales team in meetings, or by providing documents/support for their business development. · Maintain a high level of courtesy and professionalism with customers at all times. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Information communications technician Level 3, with training in how to: · Install and configure relevant software and hardware as appropriate for example: mobile apps, printers, projectors, scanners and cameras. · Address IT issues by prioritizing in response to customer service level agreements. · Administer security access requirements and permissions for stakeholders escalating as necessary for example password resets. · Support the roll out of upgrades or new systems or applications.
