Job Description

To assist the Network Support Team in the day to day running of the school's ICT network, providing a high-quality service of support for staff and students. Reporting to: Trust Network Manager Liaising with: Headteacher, Senior Leaders, Operations Manager, Teachers and Support Staff, contractors and outside agencies.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the L3 Information Communications Technician standard. Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths will be provided for those without GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) if required.
