Job Description

You will be working on a large commercial construction new build project erecting the steel frame for a new laboratory complex. This 18 month apprenticeship will be conducted in the workplace . As an apprentice you will learn all aspects of steel fixing in a safe environment giving you skills for life.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work We will be using a training provider that will visit you on site to gauge your progress and learning and there will be some home study for theory lessons. Desirable qualifications GCSE in: English, Mathematics, (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
