House to Home Improvements are looking for a hardworking, reliable and passionate Carpentry apprentice to join their experienced team in and around Plymouth. House to Home improvement is a very experienced company that has taken on many apprentices throughout the years working to teach them new skills and develop the ones they already have.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Carpentry and Joinery Level 2 apprenticeship standard Whilst at the Skills Group training centre, you will learn the necessary skills and gain experience to help you throughout your role. Part of your training will be knowledge and theory based, whilst the rest will be practical As an additional qualification you will also achieve your Emergency First Aid and Health and Safety Certificate, along with Internet Safety and Safeguarding The college training will take place at Horizon Building Western Wood Way, Plymouth PL7 5BG and it will be one day a week Where you'll work 26 CHURCHLANDS ROAD PLYMOUTH PL6 7RY

Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths (grade 4+) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. Skills Communication skills Problem solving skills Presentation skills Team working Initiative Physical fitness
